1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Growing Marietta probate and estate planning law firm is seeking an experienced Georgia attorney to work with the firm on a fulltime basis. Join our dedicated team of 6 full-time and 2 part-time employees where your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding our clients and meet escalating demands in a competitive market. As part of our probate practice, you will focus on a combination of uncontested and contested estate disputes, as well as guardianship and conservatorship issues. This role requires a solid understanding of probate law and a proven track record in litigation, making probate litigation the primary focus of your practice. Depending on the needs of the firm, you may also prepare estate plan designs, advise clients on how best to structure their estate plan to accomplish their goals, and ensure their plans are thorough and complete. This is a fulltime position where you are expected to work in the office approximately 40-45 hours per week. Compensation is based on experience and expertise in the practice area, ranges from $110,000-$150,000, and includes a base plus variable. There is opportunity to earn additional performance-based pay.After a successful onboarding period, you would be eligible for hybrid schedule. About the Firm

Attorney licensed to practice in Georgia 2 or more years in practice, 4+ preferred 2 or more years of experience in probate litigation, including preparing discovery, responding to discovery, writing motions and briefs, and appearing in court Very strong attention to detail Excellent writing skills Positive outlook and a desire to help clients Ability to keep track of and meet deadlines Goal oriented personality with a focus on achieving successful results for clients in their cases, and meeting or exceeding firm goals The following additional experience is a plus, but is not required: Business formation and dissolution Trust administration Marietta, GA . #J-18808-Ljbffr
