Manage a well-established book of business, including Workers' Compensation accounts. Handle renewals, marketing for new and renewal business, quoting, and endorsements. Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with the General Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations. Utilize agency management software. Qualifications/Requirements
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role; 2-3 years preferred. Must have experience with Workers' Compensation. Technical Skills: Proficiency in quoting and managing commercial lines accounts. Familiarity with HawkSoft is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive work ethic. Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
