Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on a variety of insurance subrogation matters, including complex and large property loss litigation. Conduct thorough and detailed depositions to gather necessary information and evidence for cases. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes in court. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in the best interest of clients. Supervise and delegate responsibilities to junior attorneys, paralegals, and other members of the legal team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, rulings, and changes in laws and regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Must possess a valid attorney’s license. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation attorney, preferably in complex litigation and large property loss litigation. Proven experience conducting effective depositions. Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes for clients. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically. Proficient in legal research and the use of legal databases. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Base pay range
