Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a passionate and resilient full-time Youth Support Partner (YSP) to join our team in Goldsboro, NC. In this role, you’ll draw on your lived experience to support youth facing mental health or substance use challenges, helping them build confidence, develop positive relationships, and create a path toward a brighter future as part of a caring, collaborative team. To be considered for this unique role, please note the following requirements: You must be between the ages of 21 and 32 (NCHFWTP requirement for this position) You must have personal lived experience as an adolescent who received services for mental health or substance use challenges before the age of 21 (work experience alone does not meet this requirement) What You’ll Do
The Youth Support Partner will learn and apply the High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) model to guide their work with youth and families. In this role, you will mentor and support youth facing behavioral health or life challenges using your lived experience. You’ll meet with them regularly in their homes and communities to build skills, amplify their voice, and support their growth through guidance and goal-setting. Working alongside families, care teams, and community partners, you will help youth develop healthy relationships, connect to resources, and gain the confidence to create a positive path forward. How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate of
$18.24-$18.75
and join a growing team making a meaningful impact in Guilford and Randolph counties. This role offers a flexible schedule designed to meet the needs of youth and families, with availability between
3:00pm and 7:00pm . A comprehensive benefits package is provided for eligible employees. We’re seeking someone ready to make a meaningful difference and support youth where they are—at home, in the community, and alongside their families. To be considered, you must meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from a college or university OR Associate degree in a human services field from an accredited school and one
