What You’ll Do
Work in a variety of environments to develop analytics based on data from multiple cyber sources, as well as classic SIGINT via data tagging.
Develop analytics to produce metrics based on data tagging efforts.
Develop prototypes, answering new questions, as well as providing better answers to existing questions.
Work directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated fast-paced environment using leading technologies, developing innovative solutions.
Develop analytics using Java in a Linux environment.
Research and work with AWS and other platforms for development.
Work in a cohesive, small team environment.
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor\'s degree plus 2-years of relevant experience or Master\'s degree and no experience. An Associate\'s degree plus 4-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 6-years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
Computer Science (CS) degree or related field
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Software development/engineering experience including requirements analysis, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution
Experience with Java Pig/MapReduce & Python
Experience with AWS
Experience with distributed scalable Big Data Store (NoSQL) such as HBase, CloudBase/Accumulo, BigTable, etc.
Experience with the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS); and technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Pig, etc.
Experience with Serialization such as JSON and/or BSON; developing RESTful services; and using source code management tools.
Experience with GHOSTMACHINE analytic development.
Experience with analytic development in a Linux environment.
Clearance & Other Requirements CLEARANCE REQUIRED:
TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Compensation & Benefits Compensation Spotlight:
For this role, our typical salary range starts at $100,000 and stretches up to $150,000. We are committed to attracting top talent and offer a comprehensive rewards package beyond salary.

We offer highly competitive compensation that is consistently recognized by our employees as generous.
Health & Retirement:
Group healthcare plans for medical, dental and vision. Company pays 100% of premiums up to $2,000/month. Employee coverage begins on start date. If the monthly premium is less than $1,000/month, the difference is paid as a quarterly bonus. Employees who elect not to use our healthcare plans are paid a bonus of $3,000 per quarter ($12,000 annually).
401(k) with company contribution: up to 10% of earnings; 4% match on employee contributions; 6% company contribution; all contributions immediately vested.
Education:
Professional Development funds of $5,250 for approved tuition, educational expenses and business equipment. Unused balances are paid as a bonus at the start of the following year.
Work/Life Balance:
3 compensation packages with 25, 35 or 45 days of paid time off annually. Carryover up to 15 days per year. Leave without pay available for unworked days.
Additional Paid Time Off:
Jury Duty (16 hours), Maternity/Paternity Leave (16 hours), Bereavement (24 hours).
Employee Appreciation Days:
Two paid days off annually. Unused time paid out at year end.
