Account Manager, Security - St. Paul, MN Address St Paul, MN 55101, USA Job Description Account Manager at American Security & Investigations Location: St. Paul, MN Are you an experienced security professional with a background in site supervision? Are you seeking a role to work in a high-profilecommercial property? Then consider joining ASI as an Account Manager for a client in St. Paul, MN! As the Account Manager, You Will: Serve as the primary point of contact for the site and partner with market leadership, and law enforcement entities to address operational needs Develop rapport with client representatives and other relevant partners, by resolving issues and creating employee and customer facing training programs under the guidance of operational company executive Supervise and coordinate activities of guard force as dictated by contractual obligations and to meet or exceed client expectations Train, develop, mentor, and motivate Security Officers to provide quality, consistent service and to ensure all decisions comply with company policy and federal and state regulations Participate in the employee onboarding process including new hire interviewing and selection of candidates that meet ASI’s and the client’s required level of qualifications and skills What You Bring: At least 5years of security experience Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of client success The ability to be flexible and available as issues can arise 24 hours a day, seven days a week Policy development and training experience preferred Proficiency with MS Office products as well as site-specific security programs What’s In It for Me at ASI?
