is seeking to add a Client Service Administrator to our team. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the desire to work in the financial industry long-term and contribute to the growth of our business.
Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to service the existing client base with all service requests including incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries for review meetings, preparing the main advisor for his/her review meetings and tracking transfers.
Key Skills
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive management style and consistent follow-through
Associates Degree preferred
Must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment
Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
Redtail CRM experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Connect with prospects and clients to craft personalized and remarkable experiences
Responsible for sending out client service communication; newsletters, appointment reminders, and special occasion messages
Prepare advisor for client meetings
Complete client service paperwork
Track and report on internal advisor’s production
Complete each service request and resolve client issues
Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
Responsible for executing targeted marketing campaigns utilizing Snappy Kraken
Maintain client notes in Redtail CRM
Hourly Compensation
$20 - $24/hr.

Paid holidays
Monthly stipend towards health insurance
401k plan
Discretionary year end bonus based on company revenue
Hours
8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Some evenings may be required for client events
