Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and helps drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and achievement of daily sales targets.

Work Schedule Requirements
Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support business needs.
Qualifications
What it Takes Education: High School Diploma / GED equivalent preferred Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/managerial experience required Skills: Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction, fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness, adaptability/flexibility & stress tolerance, poise & ambition, multi-tasking, applied learning, work ethic, omni-channel services
