Virtus helps its clients manage their alternative investment portfolios, including CLO/CDOs, private equity, hedge funds, and other alternative assets. The Structured CLO/CDO team specializes in collateral administration, delivering services such as cash and data reconciliation, portfolio compliance testing, and payment calculation. What You Will Be Doing
As
Trust Administrator II , you will be responsible for reconciling and maintaining client data as well as reviewing monthly and quarterly financial reports. Provide administrative support to assigned Trust Account Manager(s) in managing structured finance accounts Maintain ongoing communication with financial partners and trust clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction Execute daily account operations, including:
Posting incoming receipts Processing trade orders and check/wire requests Managing cash movements for distributions Responding to account inquiries Submitting ACH transfer instructions Opening and closing accounts
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies through detailed research and analysis Reconcile cash flows, account balances, and data sets; calculate and validate fee-sharing data Oversee the use and maintenance of systems supporting corporate trust account management Maintain accurate and documentation for both current and historical account monitoring What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience Typically, at least 2 years of professional financial services industry experience High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Familiarity with calculating financial reconciliations Ability to multi-task and interact well with team members and trust account managers Added Bonus If You Have
Trust system experience (CDO Suite, Solvas, etc.) Understanding of syndicated loans, CLO/CDOs, or corporate trust securities What We Offer You
