Taylor is seeking an
Equipment Feeder
who plays a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that machinery is continuously supplied with the necessary materials and resources. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Your Shift
1st Shift; Monday - Wednesday or Thursday - Saturday, 6:00am - 6:00pm Your Responsibilities
Load and feed materials into production equipment according to specifications and production schedules Monitor equipment operation and material flow to prevent disruptions in production Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any issues to the supervisor Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards Assist with the setup and adjustment of equipment as needed Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain efficiency Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives You Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent Basic mechanical skills and understanding of equipment operation Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime if needed Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling materials as required Requirements within this position
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand Regularly required to remain in a stationary position Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials Frequently required to move inside the facility Regularly lift and move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry) We Would Also Prefer
Relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Compensation
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20.00 - 22.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, education level, certifications, or location. The range is one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. About Our Company
