Job Description Job Summary:

Support Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability and Supplier Engineering activities as a member of the Miniature Camera Core Operations Team

Detailed Description:

Work with Manufacturing and Product Quality Engineering staff supporting activities including but not limited to:

Material quality issues – Verification and reporting on non-conforming material

Process and measurement system troubleshooting, data collection and reporting

Customer quality issues – Verification of returned product, failure analysis and reporting

Environmental qualification, reliability testing, data collection/analysis and reporting

Able to lift 25 lbs on sporadically

Manufacturing Execution System (Camstar, SAP)

Education and Experience

Minimum 3 years of Quality or Manufacturing Technician experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Word, Excel, PowerPoint computer applications - required

Technical report writing and presentations – required

Experience with infrared camera manufacturing – desired

Clean room & ESD protocols – desired

Environmental & Reliability test experience (Environmental chambers, shaker systems, etc.) – desired

Microscope inspection experience – desired

Basic electrical diagnostic tool experience (DMMs etc.) – desired

Basic mechanical inspection hand tool experience (Vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.) – desired

High school graduate, with the intent to continue education at least with to Community College

Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.

Salary and Pay Transparency Salary Range:

$50,500.00-$67,300.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
