Manager, Risk Management - Learning and Content Management Lead, Tech and Data Risk Management (TDRM) Strategy and Delivery Team.

The CISO and CTRO structure aligns with regulatory expectations in financial services, with the CTRO reporting to the Chief Risk Officer. The organization maintains independence while supporting operational risks across the CIO, CISO, and Chief Data Officer in governance and risk management.
Responsibilities As the Learning and Content Management Lead, you will lead the development of TDRM's internal learning strategy and design content that supports learning objectives. You will translate strategic ideas into impactful, learning-centered solutions, connect business objectives with learning solutions, and drive progress through collaboration and relationship building. Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience in the Banking Industry or Financial Industry
At least 3 years of risk management experience
At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development
Preferred Qualifications
Direct or adjacent product management experience
1+ years experience facilitating communication between technology or cyber and Learning and/or HR teams
2+ years of experience in project management (planning, executing, tracking, reporting)
6+ years of experience in driving multi-year, company-wide learning endeavors

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries are for candidates hired to perform work within the listed locations and refer to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked. Riverwoods, IL: $132,800 - $151,600 for Risk Manager McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700 for Risk Manager New York, NY: $159,400 - $181,900 for Risk Manager Richmond, VA: $132,800 - $151,600 for Risk Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location. The actual offer will be reflected in the offer letter. This role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
