Write code and tests, build prototypes, and tackle performance-related problems Analyze performance bottlenecks and develop solutions across a mature codebase Utilize various programming languages, particularly C++, to fix performance issues Educate other engineers on writing performant code through reviews and documentation Collaborate with team members to enhance the performance of the Firefox browser What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience as a software engineer Strong working experience and understanding of C++ Proven experience in developing performance-critical software Strong debugging skills in analyzing performance issues Ability to work effectively in a distributed team with strong communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
