We are seeking an experienced, highly organized technical IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of key technology infrastructure initiatives at our LA Campus. This role is responsible for managing a network upgrade project across multiple locations for the LA Site, including but not limited to network refresh, implementing a high-performance and resilient Wide Area Network (WAN), expanding Cloud Access capabilities, upgrading WiFi, and upgrading access points and switches. The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources and processes to achieve DD&T project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. This position requires on-site work 4-5 days a week at client locations in Glendale, CA and Van Nuys, CA. Primary Responsibilities

Manage the scope, schedule, cost, and quality of programs and projects to ensure alignment with business objectives Lead robust IT projects from inception to completion, including infrastructure upgrades, software development, and systems integration Manage resource allocation for team members based on their skills and availability to ensure efficient use of resources Provide comprehensive project oversight and transparent stakeholder communication, including regular updates on progress, risks, and key metrics Own all aspects of project delivery including schedule management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and resource planning Risk Management: identify and assess potential risks before they impact project success, with focus on scope changes, resource limitations, and technical hurdles Design and implement comprehensive risk mitigation strategies, including contingency plans that maintain project momentum while protecting deliverables Communication and Stakeholder Management: communicate with key stakeholders on status, risks, and accomplishments to ensure successful delivery Guide project teams in adhering to governance policies while fostering a culture of compliance and accountability Engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to align expectations, incorporate feedback, and address concerns Deliver clear, concise status reports to the leadership team, highlighting progress against milestones and handling changes from planned objectives Additional Responsibilities

Performs other related duties and assignments as required Qualifications

5+ years of IT project management experience, with a focus on infrastructure Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., data center migrations, cloud adoption, network/security upgrades) Experience working in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, pharma, aerospace) Experience in GMP environment is required Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components: networks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, servers, storage, and security Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Cisco network upgrade/refresh project experience is a must Strong Cisco networking skill is a plus Comfortable working in cross-functional matrix teams and driving collaboration effectively Tools and Methodologies: Proficient in SDLC, MS Project, MS Planner Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred Working Conditions

Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 85.00 - 95.00 The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of USDM’s compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market data or budget. Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.
