Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Administrator to join our team. In this role, the candidate will provide general IT support in a global environment with a focus on supporting SharePoint and Azure environments. The IT Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise. Responsibilities

SharePoint and Azure Support: Manage and maintain SharePoint/Azure sites and environments. Configure and customize SharePoint solutions to meet business needs. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint/Azure related issues. Implement and manage SharePoint/Azure security protocols and permissions. Implement and manage Azure security protocols and compliance requirements including cost-efficiency. End User Support for Lenovo Laptops: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Lenovo laptops. Set up and configure Lenovo laptops for new hires, transfers, and replacements. Install and update software applications and drivers on Lenovo laptops. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues specific to Lenovo laptops. Ensure Lenovo laptops are secure and compliant with company policies. Document processes and maintain inventory of IT assets. Provide technical support and guidance to users. Qualifications

Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Azure environments. Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements. Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Office 365, Teams, and OneDrive. Familiarity with scripting and automation tools. Experience with network and server management.
