The IT Technician will be responsible for providing daily end-user support for both PC and Mac hardware and software. This role includes troubleshooting, imaging, and network connectivity both onsite and remotely. You will also support server hardware, handle network connectivity issues, and assist with switch hardware replacement. Knowledge of Cisco and Aruba technologies is a plus.
What are the responsibilities?
As an IT Technician, you will:
Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software, including troubleshooting and imaging.
Assist with network connectivity issues and perform switch hardware replacements.
Support server hardware maintenance and functionality.
Deliver both onsite and remote IT support to end users.
Utilize Cisco and Aruba networking knowledge to enhance IT infrastructure.
What are the requirements?
5+ years of experience in desktop hardware/software support, including networking
Strong troubleshooting skills for both PC and Mac systems
Experience providing remote and in-person technical support
Familiarity with network connectivity and switch hardware replacement
Knowledge of Cisco and Aruba technologies is a plus
