Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. The Account Manager is the primary day-to-day contact for all service needs for both external and internal customers. They are accountable for facilitating team service deliverables and managing accurate, efficient, and effective responses. This role requires subject matter expertise in client services and coordination, accurate insurance processing and customer experience delivery. Responsibilities

Manage the overall team operations, client coordination, and customer service delivery. This includes coordinating, coaching, and prioritization assistance with Account Associates, as well as reviewing and managing the overall workload. Leverage knowledge and expertise in client services, insurance processing and customer experience to develop, coach, and assist Account Associates and other team members. Assist Producers and Account Executives with client service commitments. Ensure service standards are met, identify trends, and implement process improvements on the team. Function as the day-to-day customer contact, focus on troubleshooting issues, and help clients make well-informed decisions that position the client for success. Manage the new business and renewal process, and oversee day-to-day client changes. Be accountable for client service delivery through high and/or increased client retention, rounding of accounts, referrals, and uneventful renewals. Ensure pre-renewal information is sent within service standards and follow up with clients for timely responses and with insurance markets for timely quotes. Manage renewal marketing plans (if any) with Producers and Service Teams and ensure team awareness and execution. Create accurate proposals/deliverables for renewal meetings. Review quotes for accuracy against supporting documents. Negotiate additional coverage/price with the underwriter. Complete renewal bind processes and checklists quickly and accurately and document all aspects of the renewal in the file. Ensure file documentation minimizes E&O exposure and enables quick responses to client requests. Requirements

Required Qualifications Current Insurance License in Property & Casualty for the state in which your agency office is located. Ability to work toward professional designation. Comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills. Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Education and Experience

High school diploma (college preferred) Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or related field OR equivalent relevant experience A minimum of 5 years\' experience within the insurance industry or business-related experience Benefits and Perks
