The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related experience, be a self-starter, and eager to grow, collaborate, and innovate. The role involves working on diverse projects across the United States and globally, spanning multiple markets and geographies, providing opportunities to broaden knowledge and enhance skills in design. Experience and Qualifications BArch (5-year program) or MArch (6-year program) from an accredited institution 5+ years of related architectural design experience (including internship, co-op, or professional experience) Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Enrollment in the AIA Architectural Experience Program/Intern Development Program is preferred Strong team collaboration skills, positive attitude, multitasking ability, and self-motivation Desire for professional growth and learning About Pond Pond is an award-winning, full-service architecture, engineering, planning, construction management, and environmental firm with nearly 60 years of experience.
