The Sales Support Associate role is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency; demanding direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing our customers. Leaving a lasting impression on our customers through friendly, efficient interactions at our cash wrap and a well-maintained sales floor. Accurate and effective work, supporting the flow of product from the moment of receipt through the point of sale is essential to this role. Responsibilities

Cash Wrap: greet customers, interact genuinely, read cues, conduct email/name capture where permitted by law, maintain POS accuracy, keep cash wrap organized and clean, suggest add-ons and sell gift cards, maintain cash and POS media per policy, thank customers and encourage return, represent the Coach brand. Stockroom / Warehouse: receive shipments and transfers, notify management of new product, scan cartons/transfers, report discrepancies, process shipments/transfers per standards, organize and clean stock room daily (including offsite/remote warehouse), shift/organize product to manage sell-through and make room for new product, manage stock levels, perform regular cycle counts and participate in inventories, uphold Loss Prevention standards. Sales Floor: analyze replenishment needs, replenish floor/zone, respond to sell-through and execute visual merchandising, support sales floor activities, communicate price points/features/stock availability to customers, respond to requests and coordinate with sales team or management, maintain housekeeping standards. Competencies and Development: demonstrate Drive for Results, Customer Focus, Creativity, Interpersonal Savvy, Learning on the Fly, Perseverance, Dealing with Ambiguity; participate in development and feedback processes; apply learnings to improve store performance. Additional Requirements: 1-3 years retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably luxury; knowledge of fashion trends; High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred; technical: cash registers, basic computer skills, devices (iPad/laptop), walkie talkie; physical ability to work fast, communicate effectively, move on the floor and back-of-house; ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for shipments; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
