Expand MSCI’s footprint with

Private Fund Managers (GPs)

across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and hedge funds. Deliver

market insights, benchmarking, and analytics

to support GP decision-making. Drive

revenue growth

through new logo acquisition and cross-sell opportunities. Partner with internal product, research, and ESG specialists to tailor solutions. Represent MSCI at

industry events and forums

to build brand presence and thought leadership. Responsibilities

Act as the

primary relationship owner

for a portfolio of existing GP clients.

Develop and execute

growth-focused account plans

aligned to client priorities and MSCI’s solutions.

Drive

adoption and expansion

by cross-selling into new teams, strategies, asset classes, and functional areas.

Educate clients on MSCI’s evolving product suite and ensure

broad adoption of new capabilities .

Lead

strategic client meetings, workshops, and training sessions

to demonstrate value and deepen engagement.

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client success.

Consistently achieve or exceed

account growth and expansion revenue targets .

Maintain strong client satisfaction to support long-term retention and partnership.

Qualifications

5+ years

of client-facing account management or relationship management experience in financial services, asset management, fintech, or data solutions.

Proven ability to

grow existing accounts

through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.

Strong knowledge of private fund managers (GPs), including investment workflows, performance analytics, risk management, and ESG considerations.

Excellent relationship management, consultative selling, and presentation skills; able to influence senior GP stakeholders.

Demonstrated success developing and executing

strategic account plans

and delivering results against revenue targets.

Highly client-focused, proactive, and collaborative; skilled at building long-term partnerships.

Comfortable leading client education sessions, workshops, and adoption initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree required ;

CAIA or CFA designation

preferred.

Salary range: $120,000 - $165,000 /year plus eligible for annual bonus.
