Senior Recruiter @ Motion Recruitment | Full Cycle Recruitment We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with 8–10 years of expertise in enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco, Juniper, SD-WAN, and cloud networking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading IT projects, troubleshooting complex networks, and driving innovation in fast-paced environments. Job Location: Tucson, AZ Job Duration: 12 Months with possible extension Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/SD-WAN). Perform hands-on technical work, including racking, cabling, hardware installation, and physical troubleshooting. Climb ladders, lift equipment, and work in data center or facility environments as needed. Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate with third-party vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Hold vendors and contractors accountable for scope, timelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring completion through proactive follow-up and escalation when necessary. Create and deliver monthly project-level reporting to management, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity, systems engineering, and facilities. Maintain accurate documentation for network configurations, standards, and operational procedures. Monitor network performance and implement enhancements for scalability and reliability. Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Core Competencies

Education & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8–10 years of progressive experience in IT networking or facility operations with increasing responsibility.
