5 days (Wednesday to Sunday) Our client is relocating its office to a new location and requires a skilled
Network Administrator
to ensure a smooth transition of IT infrastructure. This is a short-term assignment focused on network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting during the move. Responsibilities
Assess current network infrastructure and prepare migration plan. Install, configure, and test network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points). Ensure proper cabling, connectivity, and internet setup at the new location. Coordinate with ISP/vendors for internet and network service readiness. Perform system and network checks to ensure all users are connected post-shift. Troubleshoot any connectivity or configuration issues during/after the move. Provide documentation of network setup and handover to client s internal IT team. Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role. Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations. Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper/HP switches and routers. Experience with firewall configuration and security best practices. Familiarity with structured cabling and network testing tools. Ability to work under tight deadlines during relocation.
