Overview
Part-time, on-site resident manager for a 26-unit apartment complex in North Hollywood. Live-in unit: 1 bedroom, 1 bath, downstairs, with new carpet, wall A/C, and one tandem parking space. Building has coin-op laundry on-site. Compensation
Partial lodging credit and hourly pay, up to 25 hours per week (~80 hours per month). The manager will be responsible for paying $909.33 monthly rent and must be able to qualify for the unit. Responsibilities
Act as liaison between tenants and the property management company. Show vacant units. Supervise and communicate with outside vendors. Perform daily walk-throughs of the property and light cleaning. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with tenants. Qualifications
2 years of prior on-site management experience preferred. Property management knowledge; trustworthy, responsible, self-motivated, problem solver, effective communicator; experience resolving tenant disputes. A background and credit check will be conducted. Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance.
