Financial Systems Analyst - A Unique Opportunity Serving 16 counties across Iowa, WesleyLife impacts over 10,000 individuals annually. We aim to redefine aging by creating communities that embrace well-being, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities
System Implementation & Integration:
Oversee the implementation and configuration of financial systems (ERP, accounting software, etc.).
Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations to integrate systems (HR, CRM, inventory, etc.).
Ensure smooth data migration and user adoption.
System Maintenance & Support:
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and monitor performance.
Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with vendors for updates.
Data Integrity Leadership:
Lead data integrity processes, monitor data flows, and implement controls.
Partner with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze data, generate reports, and develop dashboards.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
Process Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and automate processes.
Document and standardize workflows.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
Implement security measures to protect data.
Training & User Support:
Provide training, develop documentation, and support users.
Vendor & Partner Management:
Manage relationships, evaluate performance, and support procurement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, IT, or related field.
5+ years experience in financial systems analysis/support.
Knowledge of financial software, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), and accounting principles. Certifications preferred.
