OakPoint Real Estate (www.oakpointre.com) is a privately held real estate investment company with offices in Nashville, TN, and Austin, TX. Since 2011, OakPoint has executed over 60 investments across Tennessee, Texas, and Alabama, building a portfolio valued at more than $800 million. The company focuses on value-add and opportunistic investments in commercial and multifamily real estate, targeting middle-market transactions ($15–$100 million) that deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns through strategic investments in capital improvements, operations, marketing, and design.

The Opportunity As OakPoint continues to expand its commercial and multifamily investment platform, we are seeking a sharp, technically minded Commercial Analyst to support acquisitions, asset management, and corporate initiatives.

You’ll underwrite real estate investments, analyze portfolio performance, and help implement new AI-enabled tools that increase efficiency and accuracy across the business.

You’ll work directly with senior leaders across acquisitions, finance, and asset management—gaining visibility into every part of the investment lifecycle while helping shape how technology supports decision-making at OakPoint.
