The Los Angeles Film School is seeking a dynamic Campus Admissions Representative to join our team and serve as a key point of contact for prospective students exploring our creative degree programs.
Purpose As a Campus Admissions Representative, you’ll act as a student advisor, recruiter, and brand ambassador, guiding prospective students through the admissions process with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm. You’ll engage in high-volume outreach, conduct interviews, and provide personalized support to help students make informed decisions about their future.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Represent Los Angeles Film School with integrity and enthusiasm, promoting our unique educational experience.
Conduct engaging, compliant interviews with prospective students to assess fit and readiness for enrollment.
Provide clear and accurate information about academic programs, student services, and financial aid options.
Build relationships with prospective students through consistent follow-up and personalized support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Financial Aid, Student Advising, and Faculty to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM tools to manage student interactions and progress.
Participate in on-campus events such as registration, orientation, and open houses.
Non-Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Adhere to policies and procedures of Los Angeles Film School.
Maintain strict confidentiality of company and personnel information.
Adhere to company attendance standards.
Other Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Zoom, and/or Microsoft Teams.
Education | Experience
Prior experience in higher education admissions, student advising, recruitment, or customer service.
Experience in sales, hospitality, or entertainment industry roles is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Computer Skills
Strong proficiency with PC and/or Mac (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote).
Ability to learn new programs as required.
Environmental Factors
This position includes extended time viewing a computer screen, extended time typing and speaking to students and staff both in person or via telephone or video software.
Physical Demands
Full-time, on-campus role (minimum 40 hours/week).
Requires extended periods of computer use and student interaction.
Flexible scheduling may be required.
May involve occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs) and participation in campus events.
