Their mission is to modernize vehicle and occupant inspection for high-security environments — including critical infrastructure, gated communities, events, and commercial properties. They are seeking an experienced
Full Stack Software Engineer
to join their team. This role includes not only hands-on development, but also participation in hiring, design reviews, and technical customer engagements. You’ll help build scalable, on-prem and cloud-based solutions that integrate with advanced AI systems. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack, microservice-based software systems. Design scalable systems for both cloud and on-premises deployment. Collaborate across engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to deliver integrated solutions. Support internal stakeholders in Service, Sales, and Production. Assist in roadmap planning and provide technical updates to stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adapt to shifting priorities. Qualifications
10+ years in software engineering or architecture, with deep experience in distributed systems and full-stack development. Proven collaboration with UI/UX developers, architects, and ML engineers to build scalable, user-centric platforms. Strong in C#, Python, React, Docker, Kubernetes, and C++. Familiarity with AI/ML tools and model integration (e.g., OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Tesseract). Experience with microservices, Kafka, gRPC, and REST APIs. Skilled in both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases. Comfortable developing across Linux and Windows environments. Strong communicator with experience leading technical teams. Domain experience in physical security, automotive, or industrial systems is a plus.
