Responsibilities

Support large-scale IAM projects for clients; interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to understand details and dependencies of critical processes and users’ roles.

Analyze the identity lifecycle, articulate access requirements, and define enterprise identity records.

Design, deploy, and support systems that verify appropriate user privileges and manage credentials for accessing assets.

Implement enterprise-class solutions from single sign-on to privileged access systems to stop adversaries.

Qualifications

Experience with Ping Federate or Okta

Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)

Experience developing custom SAML, OAuth, and OIDC integrations and troubleshooting protocol exchanges

Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or Groovy

Experience working with RESTful APIs to integrate identity providers with external applications and automate identity lifecycle processes

Experience integrating and synchronizing with Active Directory (AD) or LDAP

Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures and passwordless authentication or MFA within the IdP environment

Ability to resolve complex identity and federation issues, including token validation errors and connectivity problems

Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have

Experience with Ping Identity Suite tools (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, or PingOne) and scripting

Experience with SCIM-based automated user lifecycle management

Experience integrating identity provider code into DevOps/CI-CD pipelines

Knowledge of Okta advanced features (Workflows, Inline Hooks, etc.)

Knowledge of NIST, FedRAMP, HIPAA, or related identity management standards

Knowledge of cloud identity platforms (AWS Cognito, Azure AD B2C, Google Cloud Identity)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field

Full-time and part-time employees (≥20 hours/week) are eligible for our benefit programs. The projected compensation range is $86,800 to $198,000 (annualized USD).
