Compensation:

In this full-time role, you’ll be the organizational backbone of a busy litigation practice. Your day-to-day work will keep attorneys and paralegals on track by managing critical court deadlines, preparing accurate legal documents, and ensuring timely filings. Your precision and proactive approach will help drive the firm's mission to deliver justice for those affected by elder abuse, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries. Responsibilities

Managing firm-wide legal calendars and monitoring rule-based deadlines Coordinating court appearances and scheduling Drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal documents with accuracy Filing documents with both Federal and California State courts Assisting attorneys and paralegals with service of pleadings and credential management Occasionally delivering physical filings to court Using Microsoft Office, PACER, and state court systems for daily tasks Requirements and Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a legal office, including civil litigation support and calendaring responsibilities Strong knowledge of Federal and California State court rules Proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendaring software, and state court e-filing systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently Ability to pass a background check and drug screening About the Hiring Company
