This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in New Braunfels, TX. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload that includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice. Day-to-day tasks include preparing for court filings, attending court hearings, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive legal services are delivered. Additionally, the Associate Attorney will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and stay informed on changes in legislation. Qualifications
Legal Research, and Legal Writing skills Experience drafting legal documents, and contracts Excellent negotiation and communication skills Litigation and Courtroom experience Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission to the Texas State Bar Seniority level
