Overview
Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, natural-born leader to join the Ballot Chase initiative. The Ballot Chase Representative will work with the Ballot Chase Manager to communicate daily with the team, build inter-community relationships, and encourage constituents to send in their ballots. Responsibilities
Build a community network system where chasers identify and monitor low-propensity voting habits in a designated territory. Coordinate with the Ballot Chase Manager to ensure goals are reached and data is tracked daily. Engage with communities and motivate others to participate in the Ballot Chase initiative. Minimum Qualifications
Field staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Familiarity with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets) and proficiency with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned Passion for conservative politics Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal orientation Self-starter and self-motivated Punctual and responsive Ethical and responsible behavior Innovative mindset and willingness to try new things Must reside within three miles of the posted zip code Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance when applicable Must be able to pass a background check Preferred/“WOW!” Skills
