Overview As we enter a new era of Strategic Weapon Systems, Lockheed Martin is a pioneer, partner, innovator and builder. Our mission is to design and build solutions to some of the world’s hardest engineering problems. We seek individuals who want to be part of a culture that inspires employees to envision the impossible, perform with excellence and build incredible products.

For over 60 years, the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) team has supported the Navy’s mission to provide affordable and credible strategic defense. The FBM Program offers unique career opportunities and challenges on a program with a rich history and exciting future. We help keep this nation and our allies secure. The FBM SEIT-ECRP is a rotation program designed to develop early career engineers within the FBM SEIT directorate.

Lockheed Martin (LM) is looking for ambitious Systems Engineers to become members of the System Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) Team and join our Early Career Rotation Program (SEIT-ECRP). Successful candidates may have from 0 to 4 years of work experience, with both entry-level and existing early-career roles available. The program is a 3-year rotation with typically four rotations of about 9 months each, designed to develop technical and leadership skills.

Participants pursue rotations within the SEIT directorate and neighboring areas of interest and support. Mentors help set goals and provide professional development assistance, and participants are encouraged to explore unfamiliar areas of expertise. Upon completion, participants will have a strengthened technical background, leadership and project management skills, a network of mentors, and an understanding of Lockheed Martin Space and the FBM SEIT organization. The program is based out of Titusville, FL and Cape Canaveral, FL with rotations across teams in the FBM Systems Engineering organization and potential rotations in adjacent teams within FBM Programs. A personalized rotation plan will be created for each participant.
