Participants pursue rotations within the SEIT directorate and beyond that interest and challenge them as well as support the business. Participants find mentors who can help them set goals and provide professional development assistance and are encouraged to explore unfamiliar areas of expertise. Upon completion of SEIT‑ECRP, participants will have a strengthened technical background, a fundamental set of leadership and project management skills, a comprehensive network of mentors, and an understanding of both Lockheed Martin Space and the FBM SEIT organization.
Based out of Littleton, CO and Englewood, CO, participants will have the opportunity to rotate across teams in the complete FBM Systems Engineering organization, with possible rotations in adjacent teams within the FBM Programs. The program will work with each participant to assign appropriate groups for their rotational experience to create a personalized rotation plan.
