Gallup Branch, Fine Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences Division This position is for teaching face-to-face and/or developing lower division courses (1000/2000 level) in various disciplines for the Spring, Summer, and Fall 2025 semesters. Anticipated courses include: AMST 1150 (Introduction to Southwest Studies) CCST 2110 (Introduction to Chicana and Chicano Studies) CLST 1110 (Greek Mythology) CLST 2110 (Greek Civilization) CLST 2120 (Roman Civilization) GEOG 1175 (World Regional Geography) INTS 1101 (Introduction to International Studies) LTAM 1111 (Latin American Film) MLNG 1110 (Approaches to Languages and Cultures) NATV 1150 (Introduction to Native American Studies) PHIL 1115 (Introduction to Philosophy) PHIL 1120 (Logic, Reasoning, and Critical Thinking) RELG 1110 (Introduction to World Religions) RELG 1550 (Religion, Health and Medicine) The instructor is responsible for all aspects of teaching, including content delivery, assignments, grading, and student assessment. Positions depend on enrollment and course demand each semester. Wages
Compensation varies based on credentials and credit hours, ranging from approximately $1,017.60 to $1,100.94 per credit hour. Qualifications
Minimum:
Master's degree in relevant fields or a Master's plus 18 graduate credits;
Preferred:
Doctorate in relevant fields, college teaching experience, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Application Process
