WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Key Accounts Manager (Wholesale), you will drive Vivazen’s next phase of national expansion by securing transformational distribution partnerships that significantly expand brand reach and volume. Your focus will be on cultivating relationships with established wholesale organizations—regional and national players with strong infrastructure, broad retail access, and the scale to meaningfully shift momentum.
These partnerships represent a strategic step-change in Vivazen’s reach—organizations across beverage, tobacco, and traditional wholesale channels that can introduce our products to thousands of new doors. You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and value articulation to finalizing terms and ensuring successful launch execution.
You’ll spend time in the field—building executive relationships, pitching at trade shows, negotiating in boardrooms—and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to drive operational readiness and reorder velocity.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and secure strategic distribution agreements with high-value wholesale partners across tobacco, beverage, wellness, and general merchandise categories. Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise-level prospects, advancing opportunities from introduction to close. Craft and execute tailored business plans for each account, aligning on volume, pricing, margin, promotional cadence, and merchandising support. Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes and overcome internal hurdles to land long-term, scalable partnerships. Negotiate within established margin guidelines to preserve profitability while expanding footprint and revenue. Partner with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, first shipment readiness, and sustained reorder performance. Represent Vivazen at national trade shows, distributor expos, and key account events to deepen relationships and accelerate close timelines. Maintain precise CRM records, deliver weekly revenue and pipeline forecasts, and share market insights to inform broader strategy. WHAT YOU’LL BRING 7–10 years closing large-scale wholesale or distribution agreements in convenience, tobacco, beverage, cannabis, or adjacent categories. Demonstrated track record of landing multi-million-dollar distributor contracts that reach 1,000+ retail doors and generate ≥ $5 M in annual run-rate within 18 months. Deep executive network across regional and national wholesalers; able to open doors and advance discussions quickly. Expertise in margin management, trade-promotion mechanics, and joint-business planning. High-EQ communicator and skilled negotiator who thrives on travel and face-to-face selling. Proficiency with CRM and experience leveraging data and analytics (e.g., Nielsen/IRI) to support sales strategy. WORK STYLE & TRAVEL
Remote-first role with up to 50–60% travel for strategic meetings, trade events, and key account visits. You manage your time to maximize impact and close velocity. COMPENSATION A competitive base salary will be provided in this position, with an additional lucrative bonus plan based on performance and commission based on revenue. In this role you will contribute directly to a highly lucrative exit and will be rewarded generously as a result. Full medical benefits are provided as part of this role.
