at our Regional Distribution Center in
Chesapeake, Virginia

As an
Inside Sales Representative , you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing spare parts orders, and supporting the After Sales Unit. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate across teams to process orders, maintain ERP data, and ensure customers receive timely and accurate information about their spare parts needs. Responsibilities
Collaborates with other internal teams and staff to place and expedite orders in our ERP System Invoices orders that have been shipped Maintains ERP parts database for new part additions, changes, cost and status (obsolete, end of life, etc.) and update pricing accordingly Answers customer inquiries, calls and emails both commercial and technical providing product and service information Monitors inventory levels for order fulfillment Provides weekly availability of spare parts, options and consumables against backlog Maintains spreadsheets to track performance for tasks and activities that support business key performance indicators (KPIs) Required Experience
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field: Preferred 2+ years of customer service experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment: Required ERP system experience: Required CRM software experience: Preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel – intermediate to advanced): Required Valid driver’s license maintained throughout employment that meets Busch insurance standards Personal Qualifications
Customer-focused, with excellent relationship-building skills Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in data and documentation Strong oral and written communication skills in English Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional maturity Dependable, trustworthy, and able to manage priorities under tight deadlines Problem-solving and analytical mindset Adaptable and able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Job Requirements
Ability and willingness to pass a 10-panel drug screen, 7-year criminal history check Most felonies are a disqualifier, misdemeanors are considered on a case-by-case basis Must be willing and able to utilize all required PPE Ability and willingness to travel (up to 10%) domestically and overnights Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and manual manipulation Occasional climbing, squatting, kneeling, and reaching above shoulder level Lifting/carrying up to 20 lbs occasionally and up to 50 lbs infrequently All applicants must be able to hear and see audible and visual alarms and must be able to wear all required PPE, such as safety shoes, electrical hazards, safety glasses, and hearing protection Busch Vacuum Solutions
