preset, pre-qualified leads

energetic closers
to assist homeowners with
reroofs and roofing repair projects .
Create proposals that solve problems for customers according to industry and company standards, promoting win-win outcomes, long-term savings, and company growth.
Follow and champion a sales methodology and close deals effectively.
Follow through with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Treasure every lead and maximize opportunities.
Act as a brand ambassador for the company.
Maintain clear communication with employees and homeowners.
Must be comfortable and experienced in walking on, measuring, and inspecting roofs.
Qualifications:
Ability to turn strangers into friends.
Ability to listen to customer needs effectively.
Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely.
Skills:
Good communication skills.
Proficient with basic Windows programs.
Ability to calculate numbers mentally.
Comfortable and trained in safe roof inspections.
No degree required; dynamic training provided.
No overnight travel required.
Top performers earn between $70,000 and $125,000 annually.
Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
Consistent warm leads available.
W2 position with benefits including medical, vision, disability, 401K with matching, and paid holidays.
Requirements:
Willing and able to climb, walk, and measure roofs.
Fluent in interfacing with insurance companies.
Experienced in tracking down leaks and performing minor shingle repairs.
Must pass background, credit, and drug tests.
