Business Segment Overview: Institutional

Immerse yourself in the best-in-class institutional-grade technology, working alongside industry experts and gaining exposure to various asset classes, such as equities, options, fixed income securities, and advanced trading, research, and management technology.

Build and run the lending book on digital assets, starting with BTC and expanding from there. Working alongside the Digital Assets team to build a matched-book business. Also working with the existing StoneX Prime Brokerage and Commodities teams who have existing demand for BTC backed lending.

Responsibilities Position Purpose:

The purpose is to launch and manage a digital asset lending product. This person will be responsible for the establishment and continued maintenance of a multi-billion dollar commodities lending business - whereby the commodity underpinning the lending is digital asset-related.

Qualifications

Experience in traditional finance lending

Experience managing a digital-asset-related lending book

5+ years in financial markets with financial modeling experience required

Bank experience preferred

Comfort with new technologies and technical installation / configuration

Education / Certification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field or equivalent work experience

Working Environment

In-Office

Climate controlled office environment

Dynamic, time-sensitive, trading environment

Minimal physical requirements

Travel for external client visits, presentations, and internal training

Hiring Salary Range : $150,000 - $200,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data. Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
