An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters seeks an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist. As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary, while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor's office, providing high-quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor. Benefits of the practice include: Professional autonomy to care for patients Full scope of practice based on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor Flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments Work in a fully furnished office with OD equipment and digital eye examination technology Most offices offer use of the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System and full tech support Automated online appointment book and patient recall system Luxottica

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage requirements.
