We seek passionate and talented individuals to help achieve this goal! The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. We are looking for passionate beauty lovers eager to assist with hair, color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, acting as a guide on our customers' beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides comprehensive training to help you succeed. Bring your passion and personality— we will support you! Your Role at Cosmoprof: Build relationships and inspire loyalty. Recommend additional and complementary products. Inform customers of current promotions and events. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events. Ensure customers are informed about our loyalty program and assist with enrollment. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues. Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values. Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation. May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: The role involves physical activities such as standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.
