Updated: Apr 02, 2025 - The Account Sales Executive collaborates closely with the Sales Director and product specialists, focusing on migrating existing customers to the latest solutions and developing new client opportunities. Utilizes a consultative approach to identify leads, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively, while building rapport and long-term relationships with customers. Aims to exceed sales targets by upselling additional modules and services, creating business from both new and existing accounts. Responsibilities:

Develop sales/business plans to achieve quarterly sales/goals Create territory and account strategy, including building relationships with decision makers Provide value propositions to IT management and VP and C-level business management Recognise commercial and public sector specific business issues and guide/influence resources to address opportunities Identify and qualify new opportunities using the available demand generation tools, remote, on site customer meetings (when possible), demonstrations and proof of concepts with partners to improve market awareness, increase market share, and grow revenue Implement sales/marketing strategies and programs to meet assigned territory goals Develop a trusted advisor relationship between Ping Identity and customers, develop a team selling approach with pre-sales technical specialists and the customer support organisation Initiate and use sales strategies with strategic System Integrators and consulting partners to ensure Ping is represented in organisations within the designated target market Hold teammates, customers, partners and most importantly, self accountable for defined goals Help with partner recruitment, training and ongoing support Provide accurate reports/forecasts Skills:
