Salary and opportunities:

potential for the right candidate. This is a full-time outside sales position focused on building relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads; 80% of the legwork is already done before your first interaction. We use a rigorous pre-qualification process to ensure our sales reps are set up for success. Your primary focus is on selling; we handle processing the order and any post-sale changes. You will learn our training process and products within your first 90 days, stay true to your training, and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers who truly need our offering.
Primary job responsibilities include:
Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad
Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings
Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software
Deliver price and close sales on a daily basis
Qualifications
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
Ability to work independently
Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Salary and Benefits
$100,000.00 first-year compensation is typical for fully committed team members
