In this role, you will be serves as a client-facing advisor responsible for securing vehicles from dealer inventory and coordinating end-to-end fulfillment, including upfitting and delivery. This role ensures that client vehicle needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively, while providing transparent updates, proactive issue resolution, and consultative guidance to support long-term client satisfaction and retention**What You’ll Do*** Provides consultation to assigned portfolio of clients regarding non-factory vehicle orders.* Consults with clients about policy, purchasing authority, alternatives to out of stock ordering through the comparison of financial benefits/costs of each choice.* Informs clients regarding availability of vehicles and availability of specifications and works to identify best options for client* Communicates status to client in agreed upon timeframe and provides follow up calls to keep the client informed through the purchasing process* Negotiates pricing including motor company incentives and delivery arrangements on behalf of client within preferred dealer network.* With approval from client, purchases vehicle from dealer and arranges payment.* Identifies client trends in out of stock ordering and uses these in consultation with client, Client Success, and Commercial* Builds and sustains effective working relationships with client contacts in assigned portfolio.
Proactively seeks to understand and assesses client needs, advocates for them and is dedicated to meeting expectations.
Proactively communicates relevant information to and engages critical constituents. Educates clients on Element products, services and technology.* Builds relationships and works as an effective business partner with Client Success, Commercial, and operations SMEs.
Influences business partners, fosters collaboration and builds commitment to achieve shared goals.* Internally, this role is called, Consultant Stock Acquisition**Basic Qualifications*** BS/BA degree in business or related field (or equivalent business experience)* 3-4 years business experience with client support* Strong Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint* Strong skills in Negotiation & Persuasion, Collaboration and Partnering* Builds Strong Working Relationships,* Verbal Communication and Written Communication* Process Improvement focus**Location: Hopkins, MN**The hiring base salary range for this position is $60,400-$83,100 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location.
