Responsible for successfully bidding and securing modernization contracts and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. This role is essential in ensuring modernization and/or H-Power jobs are completed profitably while driving branch annual revenue goals.
Essential Job Functions:
Coordinate with architects, contractors, TKE team, and clients in pre-bidding modernization jobs, building customer relationships and market awareness.
Maintain knowledge of products through training and studying manuals and local elevator codes.
Create bids by reviewing blueprints, conducting site surveys, and ensuring profitability.
Understand H-Power features and develop sales strategies to communicate modernization offerings.
Present bids to customers, explaining costs and features.
Negotiate scope of work with the operations team and collaborate with support staff and legal as needed.
Develop capital plans addressing customer building needs.
Coordinate submittals and create change orders upon customer approval.
Visit project sites, attend meetings, and ensure customer needs are met.
Use CRM tools to manage sales pipeline.
Who We Are Looking For:
Education & Experience:
1-2 years of sales or industry experience, elevator sales preferred
Bachelor’s Degree required
Ability to interpret blueprints is a plus
Experience in Service/Repair, Construction, Modernization sales preferred
What We Offer:
Salary: $80,000-$115,000 + 0-10% monthly commission, car allowance, fuel card. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, holidays, parental leave, and more. Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.
