Profleet Parts Counter Sales role at Fyda Freightliner. ProFleet Heavy Duty supplies all-makes commercial truck parts, located at 1219 Harmon Ave., Columbus, OH 43223. ProFleet is seeking a qualified Parts Counter Salesperson. Responsibilities
Assist all customers both retail and shop in selecting required parts. Share the cost and availability of the parts. Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensure exposure to the full product line. Coordinate orders being pulled and filled from the warehouse to customers. Provide information to Parts Manager and Buyer on out-of-stock products. Locates out-of-stock parts from outside sources. Follows up on back-ordered parts. Solicit assigned accounts by phone or email. Participate in all training programs to stay current on new products and product updates. Maintain a professional appearance. Education and/or Work Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent required with basic knowledge of truck/auto components. Excellent communication skills and English proficiency. High school business math. Knowledge of and ability to work on a computer. General mechanical aptitude. Physical Requirements
Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, crouch, reach and lift. Must be able to carry 10 to 50 pounds. ProFleet Benefits
