Job Summary:
We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions when scheduling service technicians visits. You will also be responsible for filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and mailing information to customers as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills. This position is part-time with the potential to become full-time based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Schedule customers for service or installation appointments
Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file documents
Sort mail and distribute it appropriately
Maintain records of business transactions, either physical or electronic
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe software
QuickBooks experience is a plus
