BlueWater Resort & Casino . Summary: Responsible for the acquisition of and relationship with all casino customers. Oversees all operations of the Players Club, Player Development and Transportation Department. Tracks and reviews Players Club and Casino Host activities and promotions for effectiveness. Works with all other areas of the organization to promote existing and new programs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

All functions of the Casino Hosts & Players Club, including budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and monitoring departmental expenses. Direct the Players Club and Casino Host functions, including Preferred Guests, Player’s Club Supervisor, Casino Host Coordinator, Casino Hosts and Players Club Attendants to ensure the development and maintenance of the player market strategy. Recruiting, hiring, and training of all Casino Hosts, and Players Club Attendants. Ensure compliance with all internal programs of the organization. Provide appropriate reporting to Director of Marketing on all sales and player development activities, including budgeting, and productivity. Perform employee evaluations for all positions within the department. Train Casino Host Team to convert sales activity to casino trips and track Host productivity across performance standards. Monitor and evaluate all Host telemarketing and floor-contact sales efforts; coach and motivate Hosts to higher productivity levels. Work with marketing and Hosts to develop player parties, events, and promotions designed to grow revenues across top player segments; maintain close relationships with all Top-Tier players. Attend outside sales events and host player off-site events/trips; cover Host office as needed; assist with on-floor promotions as appropriate. Assist the Director of Marketing in implementing the annual marketing plan for Player Development and Players Club, casino promotions and special events. Manage interviewing, selection, training, and discipline processes for subordinate team members. Responsible for Slot Tournaments including being the tournament captain/leader, and assist with registration of guests or other duties assigned to Marketing for slot tournaments. Maintain general awareness of gaming operation and comply with security policies to secure casino assets; promote integrity and high level of customer service and respect. Working knowledge of players tracking system; maintain confidentiality. Handle data of adjustments for Free Slot Play, reconciling and providing justification of adjustments. Create and distribute special events and promotion information to internal staff; process paperwork to purchase event, promotion, and office supplies; maintain relevant records. Attend all required training; stay current with slot machines, player tracking system, promotions and entertainment. Direct Team in distributing casino promotional flyers to R/V parks and local businesses; analyze tracked play when making recommendations, issuing comps, and resolving guest concerns. Oversee Transportation Department; adhere to safety guidelines; ensure staff are trained and work is in compliance with standards. Comply with BlueWater Resort & Casino compliance requirements and applicable local, state, or federal guidelines; adhere to contracts and promotional rules and policies. May be required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays; perform all other duties as required (non-gaming functions and issued gaming license permitting). Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of supervisory techniques and of player’s club and casino operations. Knowledge of modern office practices and equipment; proficiency in business English, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and basic arithmetic. Knowledge of public relations, promotions, and marketing in a guest service oriented environment; knowledge of computer utilization in marketing/business operations. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment; ability to work with the public and provide an outstanding guest experience. Effective written and verbal communication in English; ability to interpret instructions; ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Qualifications & Requirements

Degree in related field preferred; 1-3 years casino experience or 5 years in Players Club / Casino Host Department in lieu of degree. Proven project management and strong verbal/written communication skills. Knowledge of Patron Management System preferred; valid driver’s license; knowledge of graphic or page design software is a plus. Ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service; knowledge of DOT regulations; ability to write reports and respond to inquiries. Ability to lead, motivate and encourage staff. Physical Demands
