Retail Store Manager NEW YORK | E 116th St
Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs are brand ambassadors who create energy around our products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and make customer needs their first priority. They build meaningful connections with customers, uncover their needs, and educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions.
What you’ll do in your role
Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
Oversee all store functions to meet or exceed sales goals, including sales, inventory, and new store programs and initiatives
Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices
Ensure the store is always at its best
Approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy. Become proficient in the use of digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, including:
How our coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood and providing a fast LTE network
Why plans and services help customers live unlimited, stay connected and go further
How wireless is done, including device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting
Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems and reference resources. Build relationships across channels with employees to:
Own the customer experience and resolve issues for a seamless, run-around-free environment
Identify and hand off small business leads
Develop strong peer relationships and be accountable for the company’s success
Provide first-class customer experience

Prior wireless sales experience
