Pay and Schedule

Base pay range:

$17.87/hr - $19.00/hr Position:

Concierge Shifts, Time, and Days:

Saturday & Sunday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors. Answer telephones, record and direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner. Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond promptly to every call. Manage the business center and process incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards. Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community. Excellent customer service skills. Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.). Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families. Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests. For the health and safety of our team members and residents, may require vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear PPE per regulatory guidelines.
