Role description As an Associate Tenant Researcher, you will investigate and profile tenants occupying commercial spaces in the market. This information helps owners, brokers, and real estate professionals identify and decide which companies are best suited for their properties. Responsibilities

Investigate and profile commercial tenants occupying spaces in a geographical market

Conduct 2+ hours of phone interviews daily with tenants, owners, and real estate professionals

Conduct web research to create comprehensive profiles on commercial tenants and decision makers

Document tenant movement within a geographical market

Maintain complete and accurate tenant rosters for various commercial buildings

Investigate new property and tenant leads

Document and profile corporate structures

Basic qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum 3.0 GPA

Expected graduation date of May 2026

A track record of commitment to prior employers

Majoring in real estate, business, management, or a comparable program

Flexibility to work shifts aligned with ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones

Preferred qualifications and skills

Ability to connect with people quickly and professionally over the phone

Prior experience in a customer service environment

Proven success performing to metrics or KPI

Natural curiosity, persistence, and thorough investigative research skills

Proficiency with Excel for data manipulation, filtering, and basic formulas

Ability to accurately capture and enter data

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated and goal-oriented
